1. Understand the Clock Face
    · 12 numbers around the circle.
    · Each number represents an hour.

2. Learn the Hands
    · Short hand = Hour hand.
    · Long hand = Minute hand.
    · Thin hand (sometimes) = Second hand.

3. Read the Hour First
    · Look at where the short hand is pointing.
    · If it's between two numbers, it's the earlier one.

4. Read the Minutes
    · Each number = 5-minute intervals.
    · Count by fives: 1 = 5 min, 2 = 10 min, ... 12 = 60 min.
    · Add extra minutes if the long hand is between numbers.

5. Combine Hour + Minutes
    · Example: Short hand at 3, long hand at 4 → 3:20.
